Salsiccia Fresca

Our sausage is produced exclusively with selected cuts of pork meat, as per an ancient and simple recipe, without the addition of dyes and preservatives. The term “fresh” means a sausage produced without preservatives. Precisely for this characteristic, it must be eaten within 10 days f rom its production. The authorization to produce it represents for our company an added value and a guarantee of quality for the consumer.
