It is a salami produced with ham and shoulder core, the lard used for lardelli has a particular consistency that melts in the mouth, and black peppercorns make it particularly fragrant. The flavor is intense but pleasant on the palate, a very versatile cold cut suitable for appetizers, aperitifs and as a dish accompanied with vegetables.
